Two-wheeler manufacturer TVS motor company unveiled four custom-built Ronin motorcycles at the Moto Soul 2023. All four are based on Ronin motorcycle and each gets its own unique identity.
The custom-built bikes are called Agonda, Musashi, Wakizashi and SCR. Talking about the Agonda, it’s built by JvB Moto from Germany which takes inspiration from Agonda beach in Goa.
The bike gets high rise handlebar with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres, serrated footpegs, custom-built exhaust and custom engine casing. The bike gets a white paint shade with blue and red stripes on the fuel tank.
The Musashi is customised by Smoked Garage from Indonesia and takes inspiration from undefeated Samurai. The bike gets a black paint shade with fat off-road tyres and with mesh grille on the front headlamp. The Musashi also gets an extended swing arm with a horizontally placed suspension. The bike gets an instrument cluster placed on the left side of the fuel tank and at the front fork, the bike gets LED DRLs.
Next, we have Wakizashi custom-built by India’s popular customisation garage, Rajputana Customs. The bike gets a brushed metal body with modifications done to the frame. The bike gets a single suspension at the back with spoke wheels. The bike also gets lowered Handel bar with re-positioned foot pegs.
At last, we have Ronin SCR designed by TVS Racing. The Ronin SCR looks like a proper off-road adventure motorcycle. The bike gets long travel paired with fat
Shinko Adventure tyres. This custom bike also gets round projector LED headlamps, twin pod exhaust and high-rise fenders.
TVS launched the Ronin Motorcycle in 2022. The bike is available in three variants - Ronin SS, Ronin DS and Ronin TD. The price starts from Rs 1.49 lakh and goes up to 1.68 lacks (both prices Ex-showroom). Colour options include Lightning black, Magma red, Delta Blue, Stargaze Black shades, Galactic Grey and Dawn Orange.
Talking about the features, the bike gets LED headlights, a USB charger, TVS' Smart Connect Bluetooth connectivity system, turn-by-turn navigation, a slipper clutch and a voice assistant. The bike also gets two ABS modes - urban and rain.
Talking about the engine, the Ronin is powered by a 225 cc, 4-valve, single-cylinder engine that puts out 20.4 hp of power and 19.93 Nm of torque. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
